On the menu tonight: bagna cauda

I'm a healthy young man with a strongish heart, so I can get away with this.

Bagna cauda is an Italian fondue dish. You melt butter, mashed garlic (loads of it) and anchovies fillets in olive oil.

Then you eat it with chopped raw vegetables, bread and, to be a bit ghetto, potato crisps.

Its absolutely delicious!

  1. I had to look because your apparent typo on Twitter made this sound like a different kind of menu. "Bang cauda"? OK, a vulgar mixture of English and Latin in my mind made this sound not like food but rather, uh, ...

  2. Tee hee! iPhone has a tendency to freely correct foreign words if I don't pay attention while typing. Some caudal bangin' doesn't doesn't sound too bad... :)
