Bluetooth.
Looks like it was a laptop with a busted screen. Probably had a VGA out and USB or PS2 ports. So you remove the dead screen, add normal keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Voila! Frankenputer is right.
It's a good use of dying hardware. Just such a shame that you can't see the pretty keyboard lights when you use it :)
